How far is Rukariutta from Ruka Village?
The apartments are located in Rukaportti area, approximately one kilometre from the village and ski slopes.
Where do we collect our apartment keys?
Check-in and key collection take place at Hotel Arctic Zone reception, Rukankyläntie 13 in Ruka Village. Outside reception hours, Restaurant Zone at the same address can assist.
Can we book breakfast?
Yes. Accommodation guests can enjoy the breakfast buffet at Restaurant Zone in Ruka Village. Breakfast is not included automatically with all apartment bookings.
Can you accommodate larger groups?
Rukariutta’s expanding accommodation selection is well suited to groups. For tailored accommodation and activity packages, contact sales@rukapalvelu.fi.
Can I bring my dog?
Pets are permitted only in the designated pet-friendly Standard Apartment. A €50 pet fee applies per reservation. Please select that specific apartment type when booking.
Which apartments have a private sauna?
The Superior (56 m²), Comfort (70 m²) and Standard (60 m²) apartments have private saunas.

Rukariutta Apartments are designed for longer stays. Their spacious layout and comprehensive amenities ensure a comfortable experience, whether you’re here for skiing, hiking, or simply unwinding.
Enjoy your private sauna after a day of activities, and prepare meals in the well-equipped kitchen. The apartments also feature a washing machine and a drying cabinet to keep your gear fresh and ready for the next adventure.
Each apartment has two bedrooms and a sofa bed, accommodating up to 6 guests (4+2). You can take in the crisp northern air on your private balcony or terrace, and upstairs Standard Apartments even include a cozy fireplace to complete the atmosphere.
