Our Head Chef Markku has crafted menus that follow the rhythm of the year – highlighting the finest seasonal produce and the pure, local ingredients of Kuusamo and Lapland. Every dish reflects the flavors of the northern wilderness, from forest delicacies to clean waters and autumn harvests.

We serve our menus in four wilderness restaurants, each with its own unique atmosphere:
●  Pohjanseita – a mythical wilderness camp where northern legends come alive
●  Kammi – “the most romantic restaurant in the world,” glowing with candlelight and soft smoke
●  Daza – a northern lights camp where the Arctic sky is your dinner stage
●  Hippa – a traditional, warm-hearted venue surrounded by nature
